The Armfield Industrial Division designs and manufactures research & development systems, primarily for the food, beverage, dairy, edible oil and pharmaceutical industries. Used by many of the world's leading corporations, Armfield systems enable researchers and product developers to replicate full-scale industrial manufacturing processes on a miniature-scale in the laboratory.

HVAC & Refrigeration
The Armfield RA series is designed to clearly demonstrate the principles behind modern refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The series includes three separate units; the RA1MKII Vapour-Compression Refrigeration System, the RA2 Air Conditioning System and RA3 Re-circulating Air Conditioning System.
Engines
Armfield’s range of internal combustion engines encompasses automotive and aviation power units, each one mounted on a small test bed and providing a complete engine learning system. Each system comes with LabVIEW based ArmSoft software, which can be used to run the engine from a personal computer.
Mechanical & Automotive Mechanisms
The Armfield ADS (Armfield Didactec Sanderson) range provides the fundamentals for Mechanical and Civil Engineering students. Renowned for excellent quality of build, ease of use and set up for staff and students, the ADS range is available over two distinct series.
Process Control Technology
The Essentials of Process Control takes students through the fundamentals and principles of process control, and progresses to give them a thorough grounding in the control of physical processes. Four independent process units demonstrate level, flow, temperature and pressure as the controlled variable.
Armfield’s Thermodynamics TH range is designed to introduce students to the fundamental principles of thermodynamics. Exploring basic concepts such as temperature and pressure measurement, as well as introduction to the relationships between crucial fundamentals.
